Q46. “What amendments should I look at dealing
with the duties of citizens to uphold the Constitution?

A. The Constitution deals with the rights of
citizens
, and not the responsibilities of
them. I think what you’re looking for is more common law or in the U.S. Code
than in the Constitution. You might find some guidance in the Oath of
Citizenship
