When it comes to a jury trial it is all in the art of picking your jury. I would like to see if in fact the arrest was actually a constitutional rights violation. When law enforcement agents are doing the job of enforcing the laws of the constitution, especially immigration laws, and people interfere with physical actions, then they should be arrested and found guilty. It is an insult to the people who followed the proper procedure to enter this country.
